Products are for external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes, ears, mouth or mucous membranes. Do not use if you are allergic to the active ingredients such as povidone-iodine or chlorhexidine or other ingredients. During use irritation, sensitivity or allergic reaction discontinue use and consult a physician. Prolonged exposure to wet solutions may cause severe reactions on some skin, although this is rare.

Pooling of fluid under the patient should be avoided during surgical preparation. Prolonged and repeated use of products on common skin surfaces should only be done if there is a medical necessity to reduce bacterial contamination. Keep out of the reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical advice immediately or contact the Poison Advisory Center.
