Medisinl Isosulfan Blue %1 Solution (Isosulfan Blue %1, Solution for Injection)

Product Description

Pharmanol Isosulfan Blue is a medicinal aid in the form of a staining solution containing Isosulfan Blue at a ratio of %1, used to visually delineate lymphatic vessels and nodes in surgical procedures. It is commonly used in sentinel lymph node biopsies, lymphatic system mapping and some endoscopic procedures.

Areas of Use

Sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) - especially in breast cancer and melanoma surgery
Lymphatic system mapping
Lymphangiography and vascular staining applications
For tissue differentiation and surgical guidance

DOSAGE (General Information):

Administered by injection into the subcutaneous or peritumoral area in accordance with the intended use
Usually 1-2 mL doses are given by local injection according to the application area
The staining effect starts shortly after application and provides visual guidance throughout the surgical process

Warnings and Contraindications

Because of the risk of anaphylactic reaction, it should be used with caution in patients with a history of allergy
