Gersan Facility

Our company operates in Yeni Batı Sitesi, located in Gersan Industrial Zone, at 2308 Sk. No:29 address in Gersan Industrial Zone. We produce in our 3-story, state-of-the-art facilities with a total area of 700 m². Our facilities are fully compliant with national standards and are meticulously designed and operated in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

The highest quality raw materials are used in the production of disinfectants, medical and cosmetic products. Our production processes are carried out with specially designed mixing, semi-automatic and fully automatic machines. Our products can be filled in various sizes ranging from 100 ml to 20 liters and can be customized according to customer demands.

Our annual production capacities according to packaging differences are as follows:

• 100 ml: 4,250,000 units
• 250 ml: 3,000,000 units
• 500 ml: 2,200,000 units
• 1000 ml: 1,800,000 units
• 5000 ml: 750,000 units
• 10000 ml: 500,000 units
• 50 ml tube: 3,000,000 units
• 100 ml tube: 2,350,000 units
• 200 ml tube: 1,500,000 units
