Customer complaints are immediately reported to the Quality Management System Representative and Quality Control Officer.

Communication with Health Professionals

We do not attempt to influence healthcare professionals or executives to recommend, sell or provide our products. All of our interactions strictly comply with local laws and regulations. The business justification for any interactions with healthcare professionals is documented. We record our marketing and sales expenditures in accordance with our financial policies and procedures in a manner that is responsible to legal authorities.

Introduction

We use only approved promotional or educational materials and strictly promote our products for purposes approved by local regulations.

International Trade

We obtain all necessary licenses and permits for exports and imports and ensure that our export and import documentation is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

Business Partners
